Return and Refund Policy

At Outdoor BBQ Kitchens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor kitchen investment. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds below.

1. Return Window

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Please note: Returns on freight-shipped items (BBQ Kitchens/Islands) must be authorized in advance.

3. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

  • Customer Responsibility: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Due to the size and weight of our products, these costs can be significant.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to all large equipment returns to cover inspection and repackaging.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged via freight, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. In cases of shipping damage or defective units, we will cover all costs for replacement or return.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-built or bespoke BBQ kitchen layouts.

  • Items that have been installed or connected to gas/water lines.
